Revelation 5:11-12

“Then I looked and heard the voice of many angels, numbering thousands upon thousands, and ten thousand times ten thousand. They encircled the throne and the living creatures and the elders. In a loud voice they were saying:

‘Worthy is the Lamb, who was slain,
to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength
and honor and glory and praise'”
Revelation 5:11-12

He is worthy of our praise!!!! Make a list of reasons He is worthy of our praise.
Here’s #1 – He was slain for you and me!

Praise the Lord He is worthy! I will be praying for you!

Praise Him – He is Your Strength

He is our Strength!!!!! Praise Him that you can do all things in His strength (see Philippians 4:13).

God is entirely right and just – something we can not possibly fathom. How are you made righteous (see Romans 3:23-26)?
Praise the name of the Lord that if you know Jesus you are seen as righteous in His eyes.

What does this passage tell you about how we are to praise the Lord – what are some ways it points out?
List some of His wonderous works in your life and think of some ways you can “make them known among the people”?

and thus let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe.”
Hebrews 12:28

Wat is Paul’s warning?
The Earth has been shaken by the power of God’s voice…what is yet to be shaken?
What is the purpose in this?
If you are a believer, what have you recieved?
What does it mean to you that you are a citizen of Heaven (Philippians 3:20) and your kingdom can not be shaken?
Write a praise to God thanking Him for your heavenly citizenship.

Have you heard it?

You are a citizen of heaven – be secure in that! You can not be shaken! I will be praying for you!

So That It May Increase

^”Since we have the same spirit of faith according to what has been written, “I believed, and so I spoke,” we also believe, and so we also speak, knowing that he who raised the Lord Jesus will raise us also with Jesus and bring us with you into his presence. For it is all for your sake, so that as grace extends to more and more people it may increase thanksgiving, to the glory of God.”
2 Corinthians 4:13-15

What has Paul believed and speaks about?
God will bring us into His presence – Awesome! What does this passage tell us about our reaction to this amazing grace?
As more and more accept the free gift of God’s grace what is the result?
Who can you reach today with the message of God’s amazing grace so that thanksgiving may increase?

Pray about who God wants you to reach out to today – then be obedient! I will be praying for you!

He Got Down on His Knees

Daniel 6:7 & Daniel 6:10-28

“He got down on his knees three times a day and prayed and gave thanks before his God, as he had done previously.”
Daniel 6:10

What will be the earthly consequence for Daniel if he prays to the one, true and living God?
Did Daniel know what the consequence was before he got down on his knees?
Still, what did he do?
He gave thanks to God despite his circumstances. How do you react when the world seems to be crashing in on you?!
Are you ever afraid to speak/do God’s truth because you fear the consequences? What does Daniel’s life show you about the action you can take?
In this story, who ultimately has victory?
In the end, even King Darius declares the glories of the living God! What does that reveal to you about what God can reveal to the world if you live a life that honors Him?

Kneel before the Almighty and praise his holy name – he is worthy! I will be praying for you!

Make a Joyful Noise

Psalm 100

“Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth!
Serve the Lord with gladness!
Come into his presence with singing!

Know that the Lord, he is God!
It is he who made us, and we are his;
we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.

Enter his gates with thanksgiving,
and his courts with praise!
Give thanks to him; bless his name!

For the Lord is good;
his steadfast love endures forever,
and his faithfulness to all generations.”

Psalm 100 ESV

Beautiful! Using this Psalm, write a list of ways we can show God our praise.
Rewrite verse 2 in the first person.
He made you – you are His! Amazing!

May the Spirit grow your understanding of who you are in Christ, how you are loved & all the ways you can praise our God in heaven! I will be praying for you!
