What should your reaction be to deeds of darkness?
You are instructed to be careful in how you live. Then Paul gives you a list of dos and don’ts. Make a To Do List for yourself.
Ask the Spirit to reveal how you can apply this to your everyday life!

God offers great promises and allows you to participate in what?
This allows you the opportunity to escape what?
You are called to act out your faith by living what attributes?
You are also called to confirm your faith (your election) and the grace of God who called you to that life. What rewards await you?

Genesis 3

Easton’s Bible Dictionary

To recognize goodness, we must also recognize it’s opposite. How did evil come into the world?
It is so easy to think of goodness as an inherent quality. But we learn here that it is a choice! Comment on the action it takes to live a life full of goodness (Romans 2:6-16).
